AIT guarantees customer satisfaction. Products may be returned for any reason and they
will either be replaced at no charge or the customer will be given a full refund.
For seminars and telephone conferences, a full refund, minus a $35 processing fee, will be
issued provided that AIT is notified at least 7 days prior to the start of the event.
